Welcome to 'The Work'. On this podcast, we explore decolonial approaches to burnout, trauma and living in these messy, complicated times. My name is Ella Wright, and I am a member of 'The Work Collective' (thework.blog). I write 'The Unintelligible Daughter' on substack.  Like many of you, I’m a parent, a community member, a fellow human being. I'm also a PhD student in interdisciplinary studies. As someone who is compassionate, inquisitive and wants to learn, I hope that we can come together, to rebuild relationally amongst each other, collectively, and come together for something new.
