From our collective 40+ years of singleness and coaching the hearts of hundreds of single and dating catholic women from across the globe, get ready to be seen! Each week we'll be looking at the human person - how to live a full and whole lifestyle, how to navigate the space between aka thrive in the space between where you are and where you desire to be, and diving into single-hood, dating, healing, growth, mindsets, hormones, theology, biology, neuroscience, attachment theory, prayer, literally all the things!
