(Episode 23) Augsburg, Germany. Sebastian has lived in Augsburg, aka Townsville, for most of his life. Fueled by his young love for cooking, he is now one of the head chefs at a local restaurant called Aposto. Sebastian thrives under pressure, a constant occurrence for a chef, and credits his ability to stay present for coping with the rigors of the kitchen and life.
