Allow me to officially welcome you to Womanhood – the podcast that has existed in my field for many years – and today is finally in your headphones.

I am going to take this episode to introduce myself through stories from my own initiation into womanhood – stories of then and perspectives of now.

I openly share my stories of sexual expression as a teenager, divorce, and my journey into motherhood, as well as insights into the kind of themes, conversations, and stories you can expect here on the podcast.

You will hear little pieces and parts of me. Some big. Some small. Some turning points and others lifelong explorations and all part of what womanhood feels like to me.
