What do you do when resistance shows up in your life? Resistance makes us feel uncomfortable for a reason - it pushes us to go outside of our comfort zone and reach our new potential. 

 

In this episode, the Fab 5 is talking about the importance of welcoming internal resistance. We all encounter resistance and have different coping mechanisms for when it shows up. If you’re someone who has a tendency to ignore resistance when you begin to feel it, you’re not alone. However, on the other side of feeling uncomfortable is incredible growth that we will only reach if we stop fighting it and embrace it.
