Hey everyone and thanks for listening to another episode of the Weld Britannia Podcast.

My guest this week was the man, the myth, the legend, that is Mr Daps from @minimaddaps on Instagram!!

 

Daps is an absolutely awesome guy, with a brilliant sense of humour and an interesting story into the world of welding. What makes his story more interesting is that Daps isn't a welder as his sole occupation but as part of his career within the automotive industry and owning his own garage.

 

We discuss everything from welding to cars, ice cream vans to dogs but we also talk about Daps' cancer diagnosis and treatment and hear how friends, family and even the Instagram welding community helped him through. I am delighted to add that Daps is now in remission and doing really well.
