We welcome back ourselves after a short two week break. We wanted to give an update on where we are currently as a team. We did a follow up with our first ever podcast which was on well being and mental health. In this weeks episode we touched on how social media and our phones can have an impact on our well being. It is important to realize that we can be the solution to the media's problem. If we can flip the narrative to get people to use social media and all media platforms for more positive outlooks we can make the world a much happier place. This starts with each individual. We are the correlation on the graph. We are what they use to test to see how media platforms can get THEIR best results. If we can block out the one sided hate and use it for positivity we can create change. Another thing we discussed was the emphasize of getting in a daily routine to get your day started on the right track. Doing small little things everyday can have a positive impact and switch your perspective to look at things differently and more clearly.
