Tyler speaks with Francois Beausoleil, founder of the Empathic Leadership.  Francois has journeyed a full and interesting life, starting as a musician for Cirque de Soleil, and then working his way to become a Non Violent Communication Trainer and Empathic Coach.  Early on, Francois found that despite accomplishing his external goals, something was missing – He was just plain unhappy.  Being a resourceful man, he sought coaching and almost immediately fell in love with the self-development tools that would ultimately become his life’s work.  Francois brought this work into the long-term care center earlier this year, and he is already seeing tremendous success with his clients.  Tyler and Francois dive into the best practices that Francois has developed for increasing compassion and wellness, and, guess what?  These are practices in which we can all engage with a little intentionality.  This is a fun one!
