Hi I'm Lea McAuliffe, the creator of Wellbeing Habits. I am a qualified nutritionist and my aim is to simplify nutrition and clear the clutter in a world with so much information about what you ‘should and shouldn’t eat’.
I'll be diving into the topic of nurturing your body from the inside out by starting with the gut and how it is at the center of many aspects of our health. We can be more mindful of our gut health by taking steps to nurture our microflora through diet, stress management, and healthy lifestyle choices—this can better support our overall health and well-being, especially during stressful times.
