She is a mother, a wife, a friend, a mentor, she has a full, vibrant life and at the center of it lies her personal well being. She has learned to prioritize her mental and physical health while also remaining fully engaged in all aspects of her life. Her story is inspirational and heartfelt.  We discussed physical, emotional, mental transformation. We talk about what Kiki calls "the waiting room" - the space between where we have been and where we are going.
