ALLIANCE Live brings you a new weekly series, Wellbeing Wednesday.   Focussing on ways to keep well during #COVID19UK lockdown, each Wednesday will feature a new guest w/ tips and demonstrations on a range of  wellbeing and practical health topics.

In this short podcast from Realize Your Potential, you will be guided through a relaxation exercise. Try to find somewhere quiet and comfortable, either sitting on a chair or lying down. Make sure you are warm enough and have as few distractions as possible, this will help you immerse yourself in the relaxation. Relaxation is a skill and something that will get easier with practice.
