The WellBeingU Podcasts help promote inner well-being through brief exercises and informative updates about university resources. The podcasts, WellBeingU Update and Mind Excursions, are part of Cal State LA's WellBeingU initiative, a nationally recognized model for improving the inner and physical well-being of students by providing vital behavioral health services, resources, and basic needs.
