30 October, 2024 - WELLFLEET, MA - A ground breaking ceremony for 46 new homes means Wellfleet will be doubling the number of affordable homes in the town. The parcel, across from the elementary school, offers a central location within walking distance to downtown and has been in process since 2018. Approximately half the units will townhouses inspired by Wellfleet's mid-century modern motif and the remainder will be a three story multifamily building targeted to seniors.
