What’s really going on inside your team?
In this episode, we go beyond surface-level leadership and dive into the subtle but powerful skills that separate average managers from truly effective leaders (from reading the room to understanding unspoken emotions at work, this conversation unpacks how great leadership is less about control… and more about awareness).

We talk about why assumptions and quick judgments quietly damage team culture and how workplace politics and fear block real progress. Plus, what it actually takes to build trust and psychological safety within a team.
We also explore the art of identifying informal leaders (the real influencers in your workplace), how to adapt your leadership style to different personalities and why putting your ego aside might be the most powerful move you can make as a leader.
Key topics covered:
Why reading the room is a critical leadership skill
How to uncover what employees are really thinking and feeling
The danger of assumptions and snap judgments at work
