Make a list of things you do that are a credit - add to your wellness account.
Identify which debits COULD turn into credits, with a few tweaks.
Which things have you had a hard time getting more consistent with?
Evaluate - how can I add more of what feels good, focus less on what feels like a drain AND what tweaks would support me on that path?
