I don’t want to cause any political tension in my podcasts because I believe it is important to let people think for themselves, but these recent deaths should be a topic of conversation in the community of mental health awareness. I also mention suicide so please be warned if that is triggering to you; however it is an important topic to discuss so I will be making a whole episode about BPD and suicide later on.
