You would be forgiven if assumed that wellness was merely about physical health and good nutrition. Our society has spent the better half of the last half century reinforcing this through the beauty and fitness industries. There are seven dimensions of wellness: spiritual, physical, emotional, career, intellectual, environmental and social. Each dimension is dynamic, our being is never fixed. We’re in a constant state of fluctuation, and each factor impacts others. Complete and perfect wellness, if achieved, is in constant need of maintenance. What we’re really after is balance.

Our next guest is the founder of Imperative Transformation Journey (ITJ), a solution practice that offers profound transformation to the human experience.
