Our next guest has brought back the Colour Run for the first time since the pandemic started. Ahead of the festive season, the event has no winners or official times. The Colour Run caters to everyone from first-time runners to seasoned athletes and the bright colours used during the event represent optimism for the future. The event allows for families to spend quality time together whilst looking after each other’s well-being. The event also seeks to raise awareness on COVID-19 burnout and the importance of keeping active as part of building a healthy mind
