On this month’s podcast we chatted with Krystal Farnell and Hannah Burgess from The Wellness Center in West Monroe, LA. We were able to chat about their fitness classes, memberships, childcare, and gym facilities. They offer camps throughout the year for children, called KidsFit. Through KidsFit, they have fun and creative activities that keep them moving.
