Macros! What are they?
Disclaimer: tracking macros involves tracking your food, sometimes this can be using an app like my fitness pal or counting portions of each macro at every meal, both of these can be problematic for anyone who is currently experiencing or has previously experienced disordered eating, or anyone in recovery from an eating disorder, I will be mentioning calories, percentages and tracking in this episode, so if you think that may be triggering or have a negative impact on you then please feel free to skip this episode, your mental health is the most important thing
