Mahny is joined by the inspirational Wendy Higgins, Director of International Media at Humane Society International. With more than ten years’ experience working in animal advocacy, media and communications, Wendy has special expertise in issues such as Asia's dog meat trade, the fur trade and animal testing for cosmetics. A passionate animal protection professional, Wendy has worked with NGOs, politicians, celebrities, journalists and companies across the globe to bring an end to the suffering of animals.

She talks about her childhood and her path onto this career, as well as the dog meat trade and the strong bond she has formed with her dog.
