Improving mental health is an important aspect of quality of life and allowing people to be their best selves. Not all people have access to mental health. Equality supports all people having access to mental health services. There are things that are more difficult to be addressed such as the meaning of life, death, and after death. Spirituality and connection to a greater purpose supplements mental health services in addressing these existential questions.
