Jokes aside, Simon, James & Matt did convene to talk about England's latest uninspiring performance in the goalless draw with Slovenia. Yes, the group has been topped but it has hardly been convincing.

On a positive note, there's talk of encouraging contributions by Kobbie Mainoo and Cole Palmer plus a lookahead to a Round of 16 tie on Sunday (not against the Netherlands as anticipated) in what is a hugely favourable side of the bracket!
