For Plato's Gravity, 'craft' is describes an approach to producing something with a focus on quality. We started as a beer podcast, but are looking to broaden our horizons to feature all producers who make things well. We will often focus on small businesses serving their local community, but we plan to avoid a strict definition of what it means to be a craft producer.
