We're back and ready to go. In the competitive youth sports market there seems to be a disconnect. We believe that we paid our money to join a team so my athlete should be playing. We have shrunk roster sizes to accommodate this thinking as well. I believe this has affected the nature of competition and how we teach our young athletes how to compete.
