It seems like when listening to state leaders, you might get two different stories on the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Utah Gov. Spencer Cox says if you're dragging your feet on getting the second vaccine, it goes to someone else. And Rep. Paul Ray says second doses are earmarked for specific people. We'll ask Rep.
