The US economy was expected to grow by 0.4% in Q2 of 2022. The data just released showed that the US economy shrank by 0.9% (-0.9% overall growth). That is a massive miss in estimates.

Aware of the implications of a recession on midterm elections, we now have political actors on both sides of the aisle trying to play with the definition of a recession and trying to play up the implications of a recession.

I don't care about politics, I care about the small business owners and the families they help feed. In this podcast, we discuss the announcement of a recession and what steps I am taking next to shelter my business from this recession.

It is important to remember that the future is still bright, that a recession is not the end of the world - painful, yes, end of the world, no. Stay strong, persevere, plan, and be strategic with your moves.
