The release of the province’s pay transparency regulations are now two months past due, so SaltWire sought a status update from Minister Pam Parsons at a funding announcement on Friday, but was stonewalled. Pay transparency means being open about how much people are getting paid, such as including salary ranges in job postings, as a way to address systemic pay inequities.
