23 | Happy Tuesday, friends! This week, we are back doing one of my new favorite things - playing the We're Not Really Strangers game. I first did this a few episodes back, and since then, I've discovered, ordered, and received their Anxiety expansion pack. So, of course... I'm back again with another installment of playing this game - this time featuring my new cards all about ANXIETY.

We're getting into a little life update about my new roommate and then deep-diving into anxiety, challenging anxious thoughts, reclaiming control and shifting focus, and some reflection prompts and reminders you probably need to hear.
