Welcome to the podcast! In this episode, Scarlet, Abigail, and Shasta introduce the podcast's purpose and goal, and then just get distracted by every possible rabbit trail that could happen... hehe yeahhhh...
Fact Check:
1. The study Abigail was referring to was from Impact 360, and claimed that 4% of Gen Z have a "biblical view." Other studies indicate there is a much larger number of Gen Z that identify as Christians who don't agree with all the points defined as a "biblical view" from the perspective of Impact 360.

2. We will not be doing three episodes focused on each one of us, but two episodes focusing on all three of us
**Disclaimer** We occasionally discuss mental health related issues, and we also have a very dark sense of humor: do not be concerned, all three of us are in therapy and seeking professional help. This podcast is partially for your entertainment, and partially for ourselves to track our progress! If you are also struggling with mental issues, we strongly recommend reaching out to a licensed therapist, or in crises, to a hotline where you may be able to receive help: https://www.pleaselive.org/hotlines/
