He's back! This week I'm talking to Nick Smith from Somerset Wealth Management but this time we are talking about neurodiversity.

I have often been approached after giving presentations and asked whether I have ADHD. I have never been diagnosed but I certainly display the traits so it would not surprise me if I was and I believe that there is a real link between ADHD and burnout.

Nick himself is autistic and there is neurodiversity in his family and we discuss our personal experiences and the effect that neurodiversity can have on your mental health when you are in the wrong environment.
