Wes Simmons was a linebacker on the 1998 and 1999 national championship teams, and after his playing days, received his masters from Northwest. Wes spent time working for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and now is the President, CEO and a national presenter for 3-Dimensional Coaching, which goes beyond just wins and losses, but character as well. Wes talks about how Mel Tjeerdsma was that model for 3-D Coaching for him at Northwest, and it stuck with him.
