3 centuries from the top 6 J Root, J Bairstow and Z Crawley all cashed in on a pretty docile wicket. England's bowling was one paced with Woakes and Overton looking particularly ineffective.

Kudos to Jack Leach who bowled superbly in what may be an era or no rest and rotation and an emphasis on backing players.
