Today's Farmer Friday interview is with our very own West Virginia Dairy Princess, Helen McCarty! I was extremely fortunate to watch her get crowned this past August. Helen discusses her duties with this title and how we can support the dairy industry. One piece of advice she gives is to eat more ice cream and that advice is something I can get behind! On top of being a phenomenal advocate and spokeswoman for the West Virginia dairy industry, she is very well educated in her field.
