Beaujolais Nouveau is a wine from the Beaujolais region (south of Burgundy) that is released shortly after harvest. The light, fruity style became popular in the 1970s and is designed to be consumed shortly after bottling. Beaujolais Nouveau Day marks the wine’s release and takes place annually on the third Thursday of November.Executive chef Romain and Thomas (our new chef from France!) will be making a beef burgundy stew with a warm & creamy potatoes au gratin! Get your seat on Thursday the 17th of November from 4pm to 10pm.
