WestWorld Episode 4, Dissonance Theory, all at once poses a bunch of questions and gives very few answers. There's of course the story with Maeve and her continued dreams about the experience in the lab. She has a moment of enlightenment at the end where she says, "None of this matters," which leads us to believe she's coming to real consciousness. And we also learn that her visions of the Shades aren't just with her. 

The Man in Black continues on his quest towards the Maze with a little pyrotechnic pizzazz along the way. And For levies something like a threat on Theresa and the Board.
