Katrina Elkins is a speaker, coach, mystic, breath-worker, podcaster, kundalini expert, somatic healer, International best-selling author, adventurer and gypsy! She is the creatress of “The Elemental Lifestyle” Brand and her Podcast show on iTunes with it’s popular “Wet Wednesday” episodes!
Her life’s work empowers spiritual seekers to get radically honest about their sexuality so that they can finally live their life’s purpose while making lots of money. She helps her clients to fully embody their own sexual energy in all areas of their life so they can blast through their plateaus and any lingering addictions to food, porn, drugs, alcohol or mental games of self-sabotage, perfectionism, and control. Through her popular workshops, videos, online courses, events, private and group coaching, Katrina invites her clients to allow their Masculine energy to support their Feminine energy by allowing intimacy, sex, play, joy, and bliss.
In April of 2018, she took her platform of radical honesty globally with “The Elemental Lifestyle” podcast (#5 on iTunes) where she and other powerful thought leaders touch the lives of thousands in all areas of life with the focus being on sexuality, spirituality, self-expression and self-love.
Katrina’s own personal process in overcoming depression, addiction, auto-immune diagnosis, and PTSD has given her the depth in holding the space of compassion for the journey to wholeness and complete freedom. Her global reach has touched the lives of many in India, Kuwait, England, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Australia, England, Bangladesh, and the United States.
Currently, she is traveling the world with her two children and life partner.
