Keihard werken is het in de wetenschap: onderzoek doen, onderwijs geven, geld binnenhalen, conferenties organiseren, mensen begeleiden, etc.

Alles tegelijk doen én in alles excelleren is een vrijwel onmogelijke opgave, aldus Louise Mennen.

Zij is trainer en coach op het gebied van leiderschap, communicatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, speciaal voor wetenschappers.

Ze hoort te veel verhalen van talentvolle wetenschappers die opbranden. Kan dat niet anders?
