This week I continued my journey through 2 Kings 17 & 25 — the stories of Israel’s division, exile, and collapse — and found them uncomfortably familiar.

The same patterns of fear, division, idol worship, and misplaced trust that brought down ancient kingdoms still shape our world today.

From political divides to cultural pressure and even the way we hand our kids over to social media, we’re often repeating history — but God is still playing the long game.

Even in exile, He leaves room for hope, restoration, and renewal.
