Some young people are calling on Roanoke City leaders to rethink plans to develop land in the Evans Spring area. Court documents indicate the deaths of 57-year-old Anthony Sweeney and 53-year-old Nikki Sweeney at a home in Roanoke County this past Wednesday were likely the result of a murder-suicide.
