Frederick County has joined  local governments and other parties in asking the Public Service Commission to dismiss the application from P-S-E-G  to build the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project.

A Howard County paraeducator is facing serious charges after police say he engaged in a sexual encounter with a student off campus.
