Whales Dumping Crypto?

Dapper Labs is restricting Russian users thanks to new EU sanctions, Binance is training law enforcement around the world on how to combat crypto crime, and ether becomes deflationary for the first time since the merge. Whales are dumping USDC, Tether is now backed by T-bills and the ongoing Celcius saga continues.
