Guests: Eric Winston is the President of the NFL Players Association, a position he was unanimously elected to for a third term in March of last year. He spent his playing days at Tackle with the Texans, Chiefs, Cardinals and most recently the Bengals. He is also currently a Wharton Executive MBA candidate.
