A copyright infringement case can have a variety of outcomes, depending on the specifics of the case. Generally speaking, a successful claimant may be entitled to monetary damages, injunctive relief, and/or attorneys' fees. 

The number of damages that a claimant may receive will depend on several factors including the number of profits that the infringer made from the infringement, the number of damages caused to the copyright holder, and the relative sophistication of the parties.
