What am I Doing Here

Mark 1:29-39

Just preceding this passage Mark starts with Jesus casting out an unclean spirit and interpreted that as God’s commitment to stand against all the powers that keep us from abundant life. Here we have Jesus healing Peter’s mother-in-law, restoring her to her community and vocation.
