When you try and lucid dream, there are often several things you could be doing wrong but in this case, you’re just trying too hard and one other thing.
You’re forgetting that younger people always find lucid dreaming easier than older people.
Young people and lucid dreaming is a well known link.
If you’re trying to learn how to lucid dream, and you’re CONSTANTLY trying new techniques, it can be easy to get ahead of yourself, and feel overwhelmed.
Then on top of that, you feel bad when you don’t have a lucid dream, and you beat yourself up about it.
The solution, if you want to lucid dream more often and even sleep better, is to take a step back.
Take a break from lucid dreaming and just give yourself some time to integrate it slowly.
