Kristie Clayton is not only the Integrator for BCR Wealth, she is also the founder of FIM, or Female Integrator Mastermind, an international community for women Integrators who run their companies on EOS. Today, we talk about how important an Integrator's role is - after all, they're more than just sidekicks. They're the string that keeps the kite (the Visionary) in check, they're the bridge that keeps the Visionary connected to the leadership team, and the glue that holds the rest of the team together.
