It is not an inconvenience to have to change your plans to meet the needs of your family.  When we give our time to meet the needs of another we are making an investment in that person.  The action of giving your time may not seem as glamorous as a shiny, new gift but it has the ability to have a lasting impact that is felt for generations, even, centuries.
