In the 70’s she came out to California, from New Jersey, to go to school and she got fully involved with learning about holistic health – diet, energy, food, mood (and how food affects our mood!), massage, reflexology, etc. She eventually went back to the east coast and became a nurse, something that had its own challenges!   In the early 80’s, Mary learned about Bach Flowers, and her evolution as a health and wellness consultant and educator continued. Mary explains what Bach Flowers are, as well as what they aren’t.
