The Master Nodes goes over DAO's and why an ex employee at OpenSea is getting sued. - - US charges ex-OpenSea executive with NFT insider trading Department of Justice (DOJ) claims this will be the first time they have pursue an “insider trading” charge involving a digital asset. One of OpenSea's former employees was caught purchasing NFT’s before they even hit the home page. This event caused Opensea to change its policy on employees being able to purchase NFT’s. Nate Chastain- Ex OpenSea Executive- was the man responsible and ended up being asked by OpenSea to resign when news of this scandal came out. - - Dework Just Raised $5 Million. Could It Become Linkedin for DAOs? The platform aims to help power the Web3 workforce, but what are DAO's? DAO is short for Decentralized Autonomous Organization. Basically, DAO's are created to run independently through code, and are anticipated to be Web 3.0 corporate structures. There is no CEO and developers work together with workers to improve the protocol and create new rules and laws. All the work, transactions, improvement protocols, and payments are run through and written on the blockchain.
